I blocked a contact. They were still able to text me. Also my phone does not respond to touch often for me . It’s I phone 11

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have issues with a blocked contact still being able to text you and the screen not responding to your touch properly. For the issue with the contact you've blocked still contacting you, if you have blocked their email and phone number and they are still able to reach you, we would suggest deleting their contact and then adding the contact back and blocking it again by following these steps to Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
