My iPhone will not update phone storage even after I delete many things and restart phone. How can I fix this?

My iPhone won’t update storage, keeps saying no storage left. Even after deleting several things and restarting phone.

Hey mindi225,

It sounds like you're having trouble with available storage space not updating.

Just to confirm, is the message that you're receiving stating that your iPhone storage is full or that your iCloud storage is full? After determining, you'll want to make sure that you're managing the right type of storage. You can learn more about this here: About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support.

If the message does state the iPhone storage is full, use these steps to see what's taking up the most storage and how to delete it: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. If you find that the storage is still not updating, follow the steps under "Use Finder or iTunes to check the storage on your iOS device" in that resource, which also offers some steps to take if the reported storage doesn't match up.

If you find that the iCloud storage is full, use these steps to make more space available in iCloud: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support.

Cheers.
