Unplug the Apple TV for a few minute, then re-plug it in and re-test.

Thank you. I force shut down of Spectrum App and restarted from System. It worked.
The Spectrum app seems to be problematic, I have seen a number of Spectrum customers post on this forum with similar issue. Glad the restart worked though!
