Window on screen when watching TV with yellow triangle "!". Says "Still there? Interact with your remote to continue watching". Window won't go away after interaction with remote.

From every app, apple apps and third party apps. it rewinds even while I stream a video from another apple device. the menu/back button does not work. Not from the remote and not from te digital one on other apple devices. Everything is up to date. Apple TV+ Hello I'm currently watching an Apple TV+ series and after each episode is finished, a blank greyish coloured rectangle appears on part of the tv screen as the show's credits appear. While this rectangle shows on the screen, none of the Apple TV remote functions will work. This rectangle appears for approximately 10 seconds and then disappears and then the remote functions will work again. Is something supposed to show in this rectangle that I can click on? Otherwise, what is the purpose of this blank rectangle appearing?

Thank you. I force shut down of Spectrum App and restarted from System. It worked.

Unplug the Apple TV for a few minute, then re-plug it in and re-test.

The Spectrum app seems to be problematic, I have seen a number of Spectrum customers post on this forum with similar issue. Glad the restart worked though!
