Why isn't the Continuity markup available directly in the Preview app?

Seems indirect/annoying to have a screenshot that's open in Preview and to markup with iPad, quit the app, find the file, press space-bar, then mark it up.

It would be best to just make the continuity option available when in the markup menu in Preview.

I love the Continuity feature, it's nice to not have to type all the time and draw instead :)

macOS was the closest thing I saw in the list of forum topics to what I believed most matched my issue. If there was a "Continuity" forum or even better "Continuity Markup" forum that would be best but there isn't. It sounds like you know what Continuity is, are you familiar with "Continuity Markup" that I linked to in my above post? That's the feature I'm talking about.

Preview is an app included in macOS, and I'm using Catalina when wanting to get Catalina's version of Preview to talk to the iPad. This action already exists in macOS (via Quick Look or Quick Actions) and I'm wanting to get the feature added to Preview which I don't see existing (so I'll just make a feature request as mentioned above.) It wouldn't make sense to put this request in iPad since iPad already supports this function.
