Apple Watch Blackout

Hi, I unpaired my Apple Watch from from my phone and erased all my contents except the plan because I was told that’s the easiest way to restart it, I left it on the charger for almost an hour and begin the updating process on it because it said that’s the only way I could pair the watch to my iPhone 11 again. As I looked over at my watch to check the status a red exclamation point popped up and under it said “contact Apple support”. A few minutes later it went away and now the only thing that pops up is the Apple logo.... someone, anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
