Bluetooth not recognized after install on macOS Mojave 10.14.16?

Just installed Security Update 2020-004 Mojave on a Mac Pro 5,1 2012 (Westmere) running Mojave 10.14.6 with the original Bluetooth card. After rebooting, the BT card is no longer recognized; I had to plug my Magic Trackpad in via USB to complete the setup steps.

Clicking on Bluetooth under System Report says "No information found".

Anyone else experiencing this?

An update: resetting the SMC on the Mac Pro brought the Bluetooth card back. Should've tried that first!
