each AirPod connecting as two separate devices

I've just replaced one of my AirPods and the case. After I've received them I can't seem to connect two of them at once.The status light is blinking orange but when I'm trying to reset them, the white status light is not showing , but if I remove one of them and try , that single one is resetting as one set and the other set is not showing, if I'm trying it with the other one same thing occurs and both of them are connecting as two separate set of devices and connecting to the iPhone as two AirPods.
