Sharing photos between my Mac and Wifes Iphone

I want to share photos between my MacPro and my wife's iPhone and reversed. I have 2TB iCloud storage, clicked on Family sharing . However no photos are sharing between devices. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Can anyone help
