I am frustrated with my first attempt to get up and running with Apple TV+ . I can't get my phone to connect via AirPlay to my Apple TV box. Every time I try to connect to Apple TV I get this message: "There's a problem loading this content."

I am frustrated with my first attempt to get up and running with Apple TV+ . I can't get my phone to connect via AirPlay to my Apple TV box. Every time I try to connect to Apple TV I get this message: "There's a problem loading this content." The content loads fine on my iphone6 and on my laptop, but the problem seems to come when trying to "beam" it to my TV via AirPlay. It just won't connect. I've done all updates. Is my phone too old? Is my memory too low?
