Cloud Music Library Not Showing Up on Macbookl Pro 2018

So, I have got Apple Music, I subscribe to it. I use Apple Music on my iPhone 7, my two iPad seventh generation's, and that's it well… Recently I got my MacBook Pro 2018 model fixed and I've started using it again. It's running OS Catalina it's all up-to-date but when I load up Apple Music my music library doesn't appear and I don't download music from the cloud I just stream it off of the Apple Music so I don't understand what's going on I can play music within the Apple Music app on my MacBook but none of my playlists are there and I can add any new songs to playlist or anything I want my music library my cloud music library but it's not showing up if it keeps getting stuck on updating clown music library and I leave it on there and then it always says that there's an error so please help me

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support.

Are there any details for this error? Have you tried holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode?
