change local region on Apple TV 4K

I live in North West England my Apple TV 4K is showing the local news programme as BBC Wales and not BBC North West. I have tried this with Location on and off but it still shows BBC Wales. How can I make it show my correct local region of the UK?

I expect this would be based on the geolocation estimate of the IP address. Ask your ISP or the BBC.
