I am using mail with Catalina, I added an icon linked to my webpage in my signature, but it does not work. only the image appears when I click on the email. do you have any suggestion?

It sounds as though the icon is only an image without a mailto: link attached to it.
The link needs to look like this:
mailto:someone@yoursite.com
