so I'm trying to create a custom shortcut, but when I click the "action" button and go to "apps" there are very few actual apps selected.
I'm trying to use Siri voice commands with the switchbot app but it just does not appear in the list to create an action using it.
Anybody know why and whether there is a resolution for this?

Are you able to use the Shortcuts app as expected? To test it out, use the following support article:
