Where is the Photos Ap on my iPad

Where is the Photo Ap on my new iPad Pro, I am trying to downsize pictures to go over email, this feature is on my Phone Photo Ap, but not on the iPad? Thanks, Jim

Should be there.

Did you swipe down from the very center of the iPad's screen to invoke the search bar and search for the Photos App?
