Email from "Apple Store" with a pdf receipt attached - Virus or Phishing?

Hi!

I received an email from the "Apple Store" with subject line: Your receipt from Apple Princes Street. I was concerned because a couple of months ago someone retrieved my credit card on file through apple pay and used it to buy a new iPhone, which was being delivered to my home. I was told that thieves do that initially to make sure the card works. In any case, I opened the pdf receipt where a purchase in Edinburgh was made. I was relieved when I discovered that my credit card wasn't used. I called Apple Support to inform them that someone was using the wrong email address (mine) for purchases. Apparently, none of it was real, i.e. it was a scam. I'm concerned because I opened up the pdf file which was viewed on Acrobat Reader. There was a link in the email to comment on my experience, which I didn't. Could this be malware, a virus, or was it phishing? The Apple Rep told me to forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com, but she wasn't able to reassure me that it wasn't viral. I was told to change passwords for my email and Apple ID. I'm concerned that other confidential information on my computer could be compromised. Can anyone out there ease my concern and/or help me figure out as to whether or not the content on my computer has been compromised?

Here's a screenshot of the body of the email:

Likely Phishing.

The free Malwarebytes may take care of it...

Or...

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report if you capture the URL while there…

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts..
