Will not charge after doing all I was told to do. Won't even turn on to get serial number. Went and bought new charger, still no luck. Help !!!!!
Time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Serial number is not so important in such a situation (check also on the back of your iPad.. it might be there).

After doing all steps still will not charge or turn on so can not get serial number.
