After doing all steps still will not charge or turn on so can not get serial number.
Will not charge after doing all I was told to do. Won't even turn on to get serial number. Went and bought new charger, still no luck. Help !!!!!

Serial number is not so important in such a situation (check also on the back of your iPad.. it might be there).
