Iphone X "new" with expired warranty date?

Hello, so I bought an Iphone X "brand new" from a non-official store. The warranty date and coverage is expired, and also the headphones that came with it had a very noticeable delay while using it and in the bluetooth conection said "Baets"!?

Also the charger was not the classic square one, it was the rectangle shaped one (wich I've never seen in a brand new iPhone box, neither in almost every unboxing video).

I'm almost sure that the store sold me an used iPhone as new, but I want to know your opinions to be 100% sure so I can ask my money back. Thanks!

iPhone X, iOS 13

If your purchased from a “non official” store it is quite possible that the warranty would be expired. The warranty period begins on the first day of original purchase. In this case it would have started on the day the store purchased the iPhone.
