Apple Pay doesn’t work

My wallet it doesn’t work with normal internet ( provided by Orange). All others applications works.

when I use my home internet, wallet works ok.

What could be the problem?

How can I fix it?

Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you
