Shared location - "no location found" to those I share with - Mac

Shared location of my Mac with colleagues but it shows no location found. I can see their's and Find My shows me my location. How do I fix this?

MacBook Air 2019 - Mac OS Catalina - 10.5.5.

Using Wifi

Have tried sharing location indefinitely with two colleagues and both report no location available.

Location shows up on Find My, Maps, etc - and I can even share my location from Maps

-Went through all of settings to make sure everything were on and correct for the following:

-Find My (under Apple ID - iCloud)

-Location services on (under privacy)

-Ran first aid in disk utility

-Reset computer

-Checked and unchecked automatic time zone

-No software updates available

-Made sure Wifi was the first task and my router was priority

Anybody else run into this issue?
