Bottom of my screen not responding to touch and loose screw sound

The mid-bottom of my phone has weirdly stop responding to my touch and sounds like a loose screw in my screen i tried resetting my phone but it still wont work

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Unless you have a screen protector that can obstruct (interfere with) your touch screen (should be this case, try to remove it), we can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely.

Try the steps provided in this support article:--> If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the problem still persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support

(they have tools to run remote diagnostics).
