need longer charging cable for 5th gen iPad

The facility where mum lives won't allow an extension cord between wall outlet and iPad charger. Is there an Apple charger with a 6 to10 foot cable?

I'm doing this remotely for my mom in assisted living--question: does the charger that comes standard with the iPad have a USB connection at the block that plugs into the wall receptacle? Meaning that I just have to walk Mom through unplugging the standard cable and plugging in the 2m cable?
