Phone not able to make or receive calls

When ever I try to make or receive a call I am not getting any news and the user on the other end can not hear me. Even with Bluetooth headphones in the problem still persists. I have no problem using the rest of the phone including listening to music. However anytime I try to FaceTime the call fails immediately

Phone call errors Whenever I try to make a call or receive a call, I can answer the call, but I cannot hear the other person and my input audio is not being heard through the recipients phone. How can I fix this? I have checked the speakers and everything and there is nothing blocking it, and facetime works.
