Built-in camera not detected !! in System Information saying "There was an error while scanning for video capture devices."

my macbook air 13" mid 2011 running OSX el-capitan have some camera problem that irritated me a lot !!,

when i opening apps that built in camera related its suddenly crasing.

when i check in System Information > Hardware > Camera , it's says There was an error while scanning for video capture devices. but in System Information > Hardware > USB the FaceTime Camera (Built-in) was detected.(so.. maybe it's not the hardware problem)

I have tried sudo killall VDCAsistant on the terminal, SMC & PRAM resets, and Disk utility - repair disk and repair permissions. But everything is useless
