Hello, i never got the one year free apple TV, whenever i get to click accept the offer it shows i have only 7 days free and next i will be charged $4.99. My iphone is brand new and ever since I bought I’ve been trying to get the offer but it never works.

“Ever since” is for how long? Offer must be claimed within 90 days from when you activated the new device

Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.
