Black dust spot on my iPhone X Max camera

Today, a black spot that appears to be dust, showed up on my back camera. I tried to clean it with a cloth but it did nothing.

I've seen a couple of suggestions of flipping your iPhone at a certain degree angle and letting it fall on a table a couple of times to get rid of the spot but I didn't get it very well and I'm afraid to bang my phone and make it worse. Will someone please share a video and teach us how to fix this issue? Thank you :)
