i bought a second hand phone and the previous owner doesnt know or remeber password. found maultipyle you tube vids and did some of them but it didnt fully icloud unlock the phone and i dont know how to get the previous owner in hand he ignores me but what do i do i am a young student who has exams. The only way to remove an Activation Lock is to have the rightful owner of the device login with their credentials to remove said lock. Based on your post, it sounds that the owner you mentioned may not be the rightful owner of the device. If this is the case, then my only suggestion would be to request a refund from the individual who sold you the device.

That phone is absolutely useless to you, if the owner won't respond to you, you need that person info to remove the activation lock.
