Mac Mini Quickbooks 2020 Hosting Company File Multi-User

Hello,

Purchased a mac mini to use as our "host/server" computer to hold the main QB company file.

Installed QB Mac 2020 and QB Mac 2020 Server apps. Company file working / opening fine for single user. When we enable multi-user mode, server window opens but everything grayed out. Can not push file to server. Spent 7 hours today and 6 hours yesterday (no lie) with QB support. We tried every possible scenario with configurations, sharing, etc. etc. etc. NOTHING. Multi-user REFUSES to work and share file. IT tech came and said he can't figure it out as it's not a network issue but more a issue either with QB server or something apple is blocking from the two communicating. Called apple and basically told has nothing to do with them (literally <5 minutes they gave me). All computers running same version OS, QB all up to date.

We put the company file on the iMacs and the server opens FINE which narrows down that it's not the file or QB software. Definitely seems like a MAC issue. Anyone else successfully opening QB server on their mac mini or have ANY IDEA of what could be blocking? Firewall settings, etc. all checked and verified. We even added QB and QB server to FULL FILE ACCESS. So very frustrated because now I have a $800 mini that is COMPLETELY USELESS :-(

QB tech even deleted entire drive and reinstalled OS to start fresh..... still not successful :-(

Mac mini, macOS 10.15
