How do I fix corrupt profile on MacBook Pro?

Why does Profiles say ** Error ** *** -[__NSDictionaryM setObject:forKey]: object cannot be nil (key: _name):

I’ve had signs that there is unauthorized access to my computer and iPhone in San Carlos, CA, despite my implementing antivirus and antimalware - most recent discovery was that all my text messages in Verizon are shown to be coming from a spammy #, for example; does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thank you in advance for any ideas! I’ve tried everything I can think of already!

Describe where you are seeing that. In other words please clarify what "Profiles" you're referring to.

Describe those signs. Non-Apple "anti-virus" junk cannot possibly help. It's far more likely to be a contributing factor.

... despite my implementing antivirus and antimalware -

Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk. Uninstall whatever you installed, then and only then go about troubleshooting whatever real problem remains.
