I want to get the Apple promotional emails and have multiple times checked the boxes on the Apple ID page. However after logging out and logging back in, only the bottom box is checked. I can't get Apple promo emails at my specified email address on the account. Apple Support has been no help, repeatedly asking me to check/un-check the boxes. They don't seem to get it.

Thank you. I've received that same info from Apple Support several times now. I have gone in and unselected/re-selected those boxes for Messages probably 100 times. Every time I log out and log back in, only the bottom box is checked. Never sticks. I've cleared caches, history etc., tried different browsers - nothing works. The email address I want them to go to is an iCloud address - the main one associated with my account. Nothing is going to spam/junk mail. I was getting the emails at an old email address (not iCloud) and then I changed my address on the account recently to the iCloud address. However I was still getting them at the old address. Apple was able to stop them from coming to the old address. However now I can't get them to come to the NEW address! Have been running in circles with Apple Support to no avail. How hard can it be to get Apple emails to the iCloud address on my account? Crazy.
