touch id

Hello! I have an issue with my macbook's touch id after updating the software. I can't use the touch id anymore when I start the computer for unlocking it. It asks me just for the password. I verified the settings for touch id and seems that all looks fine. I tried a lot of advices from youtubers, but it is working. That is very frustrating because yesterday i bought it.

Can you help me?

It will always ask for the password when you turn on, or restart the computer. After the initial entering of the password, Touch ID will be active.
