iMessage cannot be enabled

I have this iMessage cannot be enable issue recently. It was working fine two weeks ago. When I try to send iMessage, it shows 'Cannot send message, iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message". I look mt my iMessage setting and I cannot enable the iMessage. The setting is just turn off automatically. Is there anyone has the same issue and how do I fix it?
