I am using iPhone XS Max, software version 13.6. My phone is keep disconnecting mobile hot spot. It is hectic to switch on hot spot frequently. Especially, when mobile is locked and when we talk on phone, this issue persists. Please resolve this issue.

And then sign in with same Apple ID and password to set up iCloud https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208681
Turn on iCloud features https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207689
if all iCloud features are always turned as on and after that you erase the iPhone , the data is always saved on the iCloud server it will sync when phone is set up .
But the wiser way is take back up of the data as it should not be lost .

I hope mobile network signal strength is not the problem. It has been happening for a week only. My mobile data signal strength is absolutely good. When I use my wife hot spot which is from Nokia 8, it is good. It is purely from iPhone software upgrade issue or something else it seems.
Hotspot frequent disconnection is solely due to poor mobile network or low mobile data.
I have gone through that link earlier already which is not resolving my issue. I am unable to connect to Apple customer care support.
