I've got a lock screen freezed and after a hard reset on my iphone xs it turned out there is only one language: Russian

Have no idea how come there is only Russian on my lock screen while the passcode is in English. Is there any way to unlock the phone other than restore from backup? The last backup was from a couple of weeks ago and when I logged in to my icloud from PC idk why there is nothing backuped.

The worst thing is that if it were connected to wifi a new backup could be made but for some reason it is on mobile network where for the sake of traffic saving backing up is restricted.

I can still accept calls.

Maybe there is some workaround on how to add English back to the lock screen?

Had to perform a factory reset and now there is an issue with "swipe up to get started" thing - it doesn't swipe after 'welcome to iPhone' screen.

Found it's a rather common problem in iOS13/iPhone xs but recovery doesn't help to fix it. At the same time, it doesn't look like a hardware issue.

I've tried already to restore several times already and really frustrated. Do you know what else can be done?
