Hi, I have I phone XR and each time someone calls me my voice break up. And the next person experience really hard time understanding my voice. I have changed my career twice but the issue is still the same. does it have to do something with Software update.

I can talk clearly on facebook messenger, whatsapp, and Facetime. Its the only issue with my carrier calls. Like when someone calls on my number my voice breaks.
