Two factor authentication preventing to access my icloud account

My trusted device and trusted number is not accessible as my iphone crashed. I am unable to setup my new phone as my icloud account has two factor authentication and the 6 digit verification code is going to my old phone which is not accessible. From last 5 days I am unable to setup my phone. Wha is the process of accessing my icloud account without requiring to verify using two factor process.
