Every day I receive several notification from iCloud. Everytime I press OK button but after a while they appear again. These notifications are becoming very annoying to me. Is there a way to get rid of them?

That usually refers to activating iMessages. Are you using Messages in iCloud? Go to Settings > Name > iCloud > is Messages turned on or off? Can you send/receive SMS and iMessages?
Another option - go to Settings > General > see if you have any options to update your carrier settings.
My carrier is in the list. Or this is wrong list?
I don't use iMessage at all. It is disabled. FaceTime is disabled as well.
You are using a carrier that is not formally supported with Apple for iMessage. So those nags will never stop. The only solution is to change carriers and pick one that fully and formally supports Apple devices and iMessage.
