Restore my whatsapp data

Hey there! From past few days i was trying to restore my data from my old iphone 7 to new iphone 11 pro.

But yesterday when i try to restore my whatsapp data from icloud..it is showing that there is no whatsapp backup in your icloud..

Please solve my issue i have many important documents and data in it.

please restore my account.

Whatsapp message search not working after changing to new iphone Hello, I recently changed phones and whatsapp search is not working properly, I transfered everything via icloud to my new phones including the chat backups for whatsapp, but when I try to search for a word in general search bar or contact sesrch bar in whatsapp it shows “Preparing Results 0%) and it gets stuck like that for hours, not a single message shows up (even the ones I recieved after the backup) I tried to backup the chat, delete whatsapp, redownload and restore chats 4 times! I tried restarting my phone and connecting to different wifis as well as celluar data. I’m just so lost. I tried everything online that I could find. Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help :(

Whatsapp backup not working Hi everyone, I am facing whatsapp chat backup in my iphone 12 mini since 6 days now (last auto backup happened on Thursday 8th Dec 2022) on iOS 16.1.2 (but today I updated to 16.2). Its not performing auto-bakcup and when I try to do, it keeps on saying "Preparing..." and never completes. I offloaded the app and reinstall it and tried to backup and it worked well. But it worked only once. Now, again I'm trying to backup, it keeps saying "Preparing..." and never completes the process ever, and now offloading and reinstalling the app is also not working at all! Note: My WiFi/Mobile Data is absolutely fine. I have only <20mb size to backup but still it's having such issue. I also deleted the icloud backup of whatsapp now, restarted the phone but backup is not happening. If anyone is facing the issue then please help me.

One cannot go into a backup and see what's in there so I'm not following when you mentioned you're not seeing WhatsApp in the backup. According to the screenshot, it's included to be backed up.
