What is this warning console?

What is this warning console suddenly showed up? why is this warning console stays in the bottom part screen of my laptop? How to get rid of this? Please and thanks

Quit the Console app.

Click and hold the Console app icon in the Dock and choose Quit.

have received a "Warning console" on my toolbar. It is running and currently has over 22,000 messages.

What is this and why has this just started up.

My Mac was shut down for 4 days and upon returning this has popped up.
