New phone replacement Issue I phone 11 pro max

Hi Apple, Currently i am using phone 11 max which i purchased from Japan at apple store. But suddenly i am facing speaker problem. My incoming call sound is very poor can not hear properly. So how can i replace my phone. still I have 1 year International warranty. Please advise me. Thank you, Subrata
