Trying to set up IPad Pro - taking a long time

The Setting up your Apple ID has been taking more than 20 minutes so far. It's just spinning.

Setting up my new iPad Pro I just got the new iPad Pro. I started the setup last night, and I went to bed with it still loading, “It may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID...” it’s been 10 hours and fifty minutes — still on the same screen. I spent several hours yesterday, before the eleven hours, powering off, and rebooting it after a three hour wait, following another two hour wait. I have always had a very positive experience in setting up Apple products. Has it taken anyone else this long? Is this normal? What should I do?

My new iPhone 12 can't get past the setup page with to set up my apple id. Just keeps spinning. I just received the 12, and for about an hour it has been stuck on the Apple ID set up screen. Any suggestions?

Stuck on setting up my apple id for twelve hours. I am trying to set up my new iPad, it has been stuck on the screen that says "may take a few minutes to set up your apple id." For twelve hours. I pressed the off and home button to start the set up over and it always stops at this screen.

I'm not following what you mean by the setting up your Apple ID? Did you already input your Apple ID and password? Try possibly restarting the device - Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.
