iPhone SE (2020) viruses

Does anyone know how to handle viruses on the iPhone SE (2020)??

It’s on my calendar also and says things like, “someone is trying to access your photos” and “your phone is damaged”. I would greatly appreciate your help!

“Virus” detection found I was trying to download a file for a project, and a pop up came up. It said “ATTENTION - Viruses found! Your iPhone is severely damaged by (13) viruses! Soon your iPhone SIM card will be corrupt and it will damage your contacts, photos, data, applications, etc..” should I be worried?

Are iPhone viruses possible? Is the threat that there are multiple viruses on my phone still bogus? Received this message a few times now. It is an iPhone XR, and only 10 months old.
