Is Apple Mail Ver 11.5 the latest version

Saturday, August 01, 2020, 5:21 p.m. - Sorry, but since I have your attention can you perhaps answer this query I have.

Every e-mail I get is looked at and those not deleted I tag using the Mail-Tags plugin by Small Cube. Since I am tagging many e-mails each day. When I right click on an e-mail and up pops a dialog box that has OPEN at the top of the command list and Tag Message is way at the bottom. I think it would be much quicker for me to Tag / or delete a message if the commands Delete and Tag message were located up at the top where Open command is. Is there a way for me to change the location of these commands?
