Activation lock pairing Apple Watch to phone help?

I am trying to pair my Apple Watch with my phone and for some reason the activation lock is saying my Apple ID and password is incorrect.

so to make sure that it is working I tried the following steps.

(1) I went into the Apple store to download a app, I manually typed in my Apple ID password to make sure that it was the right one and it was, It signed in correctly to download the app.

(2) The second thing that I did was I directly signed into Apple with my Apple ID and my password and I signed in correctly with no problems.

so now it comes to the activation lock for pairing my Apple Watch, Its saying that my Apple ID and my Apple password is incorrect when I know that it isn’t and I do not know what to do.

I tried everything possible none of this makes sense. I can sign in to all my Apple ID passwords and accounts but for some reason when I go to pair my Apple Watch the activation says that it’s incorrect therefore I cannot pair my Apple Watch with my phone.

can someone please help?

I would remove the watch from your Apple ID, erase the watch and start from scratch.

Go to icloud.com and log in.

Choose Find Phone.

In the All Devices dropdown menu select the watch

In the resulting dropdown sheet choose Erase Watch.

Now set it up as new.

I have already done this I have gone to iCloud try to completely remove and erase it. When I drop down to see all the devices my Apple Watch is not on there it’s only my phone so I have no way of even permanently deleting and erasing it so I can start over brand new. I manually erased everything from the watch itself I basically factory reset it so it’s completely brand new. I am the owner of the watch I had an old phone that used to be paired with it, but I took off the pairing a long time ago before this even happened.

now I really don’t know what to do because I tried everything I could possibly do I have done what other people have told me professionals and it’s still saying that my Apple ID and password is incorrect when it is not. I am the owner of the watch.

P.s because I factory reset the watch and start it from brand new I have the capability to hold my phone up so that I can do the pairing process once it is paired immediately it goes into activation lock mode and tells me to enter my Apple ID and password and then it tells me it’s incorrect but I know that it’s not because I can login to all of my things that require it.

like I said one more time I am the owner and the only owner of my Apple Watch.
