I'm having problems in setting up my Apple Watch on my new iPhone 11

When changing phones and setting up Applw watch, set up will not accept my apple ID or Password, so I tried to go around the activation lock per instuctions to no avail, I've reset watch several times and it still don't work. Help?

You cannot bypass the Activation Lock yourself on an Apple device without the Apple ID and Apple ID password that was used to set it up before it was reset.

If you can provide proof of ownership, Apple may be able to remove the Activation Lock for you. Proof of ownership must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID. You can start an Activation Lock support request here: https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support
