Just started my subscription with appleTV+. The appletv library shows all my old movies I’ve purchased. So I try to watch a TV show and it has me sign on with AppleID....my phone gets sent a verification code. But it doesn’t have anywhere on the appleTV app to have me enter the code. So I try to play the show and it sends me back to sign in. But then the show says continue watching...???

if you have an older model ATV, the code is entered onto the end of the password as one entry. Example: “password123456” then click submit
If you need more time you can have the code sent to you:
Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
