Unable to connect to Maps and Find My servers

Hi!

I had gotten an exchange for my iPad because it had some hardware problems, but my new iPad cannot connect to the Maps server to display my location. Find My also doesn’t work and Weather too. Although 3rd-party services like Google Maps work.

Attached is the image I get when I try to access a location from Safari.

My WiFi connection is excellent and functional. Bluetooth is on and working. I have tried everything to no avail.

Is this a hardware problem or a software that may be fixed in the next update? And should I take my iPad in?

All help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
