SSD Icon Vanishes
I use Mac OS X High Sierra, with a Solid-State Drive [SSD]. But a weird thing has happened to me.
The icon of my SSD has vanished. Instead of a disk, I see an empty space.
How can I get it to re-appear, please? Thank you.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Any luck?
Yes: I can see "Macintosh SSD" on my Desktop - again. :-)
Good news, take care my friend. :)
Thank you, BDAqua. :-)
