I can’t set up my Touch ID

ok so whenever I try to unlock my iPhone6 with my fingerprint it wouldn’t work . So now, everytime I try to set up a new fingerprint it fails

Touch ID issues Can’t get my Touch ID to activate. I turn on my iphone6 and get message saying can’t activate Touch ID on ‘‘this phone. I go to settings then general then fingerprint I’d and I choose unlock phone and it says failed . And the add fingerprint is grayed out. What can I do?

Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on, and that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints. Try enrolling a different finger.
